Transport Layer Security (TLS) is a protocol that ensures privacy between applications and users on the Internet. Only browsers using TLS version 1.2 or above will be able to connect to the application.

Technical Background
Access to Bottomline Technologies’ products with browsers utilizing Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Version 3 or Transport Layer Security (TLS) version 1.0 and 1.1 protocols will no longer be permitted. Once these older protocols are disabled certain browser versions will not function. Please refer to the matrix above to determine if your browser and platform will be supported. Exact date for conversion is May 18th, 2018. We encourage you to provide this information to your IT group as soon as possible to ensure continued access to the application.
